Tracer Heights Live

Tracer Heights is a power trio comprised of banjo, bass guitar and drums. They create a fusion of rock, blues and bluegrass with the spirit of psychedelic improvisational music. Ben Hoppes sings lead and creates a sound with his electric banjo unlike anything you’ve heard. You’ll hear shades of Hendrix, BB King, Paul Gilbert, Slash, Trey Anastasio, Bela Fleck, and The Edge, all coming from the banjo. On percussion and both lead and backup vocals, Joshua Pohl brings many years of percussion experience and a stellar voice to the group. Jeremy Clark’s bass guitar glues it all together while he adds a little backup and lead vocals of his own to the mix. Tracer Heights has toured their live show in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and South Dakota.
